City generation

Suggest to add alternative city generation option (classic and large options) - for example massive city in center of a map - cities being seperated especially on small maps look terrible and some of us are probably tired from it! Also 2000x2000 maps with this new city generation results city looking cringe!

Mega cities don't work well for a lot of players and wouldn't work at all for consoles most likely, so aren't likely to be an option in vanilla.  You can always use a third party map generator to make that kind of map or download a mega city map that's already made.  It wouldn't be bad to have that as an option in RWG, but because it wouldn't work for a lot of players, I doubt you'll see it.

Thats why i suggested to add alternative city generation option for world generation settings - most players can continue with vanila cities as well!

Just would be nice to have option for mega city!

They don't do that, though.  If it won't work for everyone, they aren't likely to add it as an option.  Too many people would see it and want to use it and not be able to and then start complaining about it being there when they can't use it.  That's something they leave for mods and people making maps outside of the game.

It depends on the console

PS5 AND XBOX X could slightly handle it. I mean but overalls it's not too bad

But during big firefights or horde night I get about 40 to 30 fps

On a map with a city covering the entire map?  That surprises me.  You normally don't get enough unloading of stuff in never unless you get into the wilderness now and then.  But either way, I know there are still plenty of people who have performance programs with the game is playing on a mega city map even on PC.  I doubt they would add an option because of that.

Ok maybe not a map size one. Maytybe if it was like 20 80

But for example in the wasteland city's I get lag but it's liveable.  Down town gets crazy tho
Yeah, they were talking about extra large cities... much larger than the default size for wasteland towns.  If you are lagging in wasteland towns, you would really be lagging in a mega city.

They could potentially add an option to adjust town sizes and just cap them a bit larger than the wasteland town size. It wouldn't allow for mega city maps, but it would at least offer some control without being unplayable for a lot of people.

I think it would be a great option tho but PC only.  They already got 10k words so excuses features aren't out of the question though
