I can't log in to a friend's server

When I try to visit a friend on the server, I am returned to the main menu and a command prompt opens where there is a red line: EXC FormatException: index (zero based) must be greater than or equal to zero and less than the size of the argument list We play online on Windows without mods. Also, when I create a server, it can connect, but another friend can no longer log in, who says that the versions do not match

 
I'm going on a whim and guess that you/the server has a corrupted config file, verifying through Steam should help. If not, post the log file for us to take a look at

I've already done everything I can with the game. I checked it, reinstalled and deleted all files through the launcher. And where can I find the log file?
