Would you like too see the Scrap block come back? 

Personally I would cuz a few reason 

A: One extra block tier 

B: Makes sense in the setting of 7dtd 

C; would give early game iron some uses and choices.  Do I save My iron to make metal tools or do I uses it too upgrade my base?

D;  gives you a tier before you can get to concrete 

I would make the block tier go

Wood: 500

Cobble: 1500

Scrap: 2500

Concrete: 5000

Steel: 10,000

I'd want it as an alternate to wood blocks, not as a step between cobble and concrete.  There are plenty of blocks that upgrade to cobble in the world that have about 1200 hp, so it makes sense to me yo ahve a scrap blcok have @1000 hp.

yep exactly. It's rusty hunks of metal you've collected for various broken things getting rained on for weeks/months. NOTHING in the apocalypse is supposed to look "clean"

I rarely upgrade past cobble. Concrete just becomes a chore to gather all the requirements compared to cobble so I don't bother. I typically don't stay in the same base for more than a week at a time. Once horde comes I move to the next biome. Now having a scrap metal upgrade from Cobble would be pretty cool. Realistically I'd grab a car door off a burnt out car and slap it onto a wall for additional protection. Seems like that should be before concrete, because concrete is a lot more intensive to create than attaching sheet metal to something.
