PC Armor healing bonuses question

I had a question regarding the Commando set's Recovery item speed  bonus. Does this affect players not wearing it, if a player who IS wearing it uses a healing item on them?

Last I checked, it only seemed to affect drinks and food, soo, no? (And yeah, it's not worth the time it takes it to read it, then)

Ah ok. I assumed "recovery item" included bandages, first aid kits, etc.

Yeh, me too; it'd still be the weakest set bonus, but at least it'd do Something.

I'm our group's medic on my buddy's server and I started wearing it since I thought it might help.. guess not. XD
