The join a game button doesn't answer and I can't create an online server

Hi, I have a problem trying to enter an online server with some friends, I keep on clicking the button to join and it doesn't even show me the menu to write down the server data. I also tried creating a new game and I can only make it single player because when I try to change it to online server it immediately returns to the single player mode. I play from a laptop and it can't be a problem with my internet since any other game I play online is fine and I have an Ethernet cable connected. The game was bought via Microsoft Store and a friend bought it in the same store and he doesn't have any problems. I have already tried running the game without the anticheat and reinstalling it from zero, but it's just the same.

I've already tried searching posts from people with the same problems but the problems they have is when they connect with a server or when writing data in the join menu and I just can't access any online function in the game.

 
What do you mean it changes to single player mode?  Single player is always multiplayer.  You just don't display your status on the server list and perhaps add a password or limit the number of players.  But it is still technically multiplayer.

 
Hi it's been a week and nobody has replied yet, I talked to Xbox Support but they couldn't help me and redirected me to this support forum again. Are there any ideas about what can be the problem?

 
We just got back from break, sorry about that. We'd need a log file, hit F1 while you're in the main menu, then click the Open Logs button to bring you to the logs folder. Throw that on Pastebin.com and share the link (don't forget to make it public)

it says multiplayer is not allowed for you (I don't know nothing about that..., sorry)

Ah good catch, tired eyes at the time. 

@ExoGamer2471 Have you ever been banned/had account sanctions/restrictions placed on your profile/account on xbox live (including the PC app)? You may also want to check your account page for any restriction settings in there. The only other thing I can see affecting that is networking, but that would cause other issues besides this
