I can't look right now, but most such blocks have an advanced rotation that will give you what you need. Hold R or whatever you may have changed it to, select advanced rotation, then rotate repeatedly and you should find the correct rotation. If not, then it is a block they should add.
It worked with what you suggested. Thank you. But now after looking into building a detailed home with the log blocks I have to figure out a filler block for the inside of the L-shaped corners.
There aren't many log blocks, so you may have to just find something you like. I'm not sure what you'd want on an inside corner. A screenshot of what you're looking at and thoughts about what you are interested in placing there would probably help. Maybe there's something that will do what you want.
I might not fully understand what you are looking for but does it work if you choose a close but not perfect block and adjust texture with the paintbrush so it will be a closer match?
