add sign language to the game or designation of certain commands in sign language (for example, like in Rust)

add sign language to the game
I love sign language, but I'm not sure it's really neceassary in any video game, which generlly has not only subtitles, but visual cues as to what action performs what action where and why.

It's awesome that people are taking an interest in people who express themselves differently than others, but "accessibility" is a never-ending adjustment to differences among people, supposedly "disabled" and otherwise.

it seems that you misunderstood me, I was referring to the sign language for communication between players, for example, a raised finger, a nod of the head, clapping, etc.

Ah... emotes, not actual sign language as a way to talk to people.  Emotes would be good to add.  Things like waving or nodding or laughing, but not using hands to say something like, "Let's go do a quest at Dishong Tower and then head back to base and repair everything before horde night starts."

Emotes would have to be animated. We're still missing basic player animations and phases of animations in the game, but it might be possible at a later date. Not sure how high on the priority list it would be given TFP appear to be moving on to new projects, but a mod wouldn't be out of the question either. Console players wouldn't be able to avail themselves of a mod, though.

My bad. Accustomed to text chat myself, I'd just "emote" via the chat window. I don't play MP games for myriad reasons anymore myself, but can certainly understand the appeal, especially given players don't all speak the same language while emotes are pretty much universal. :)
