I have a problem with my game

I start the game and can play in my world for a few minutes with no problems. I just wanted to go to my base and the wave starts playing again, which has been happening for a while. The environment textures stop loading and I fall into the world and have to restart the game. Right now I've been sitting here for 10 minutes and it still says the environment is being created. I've already reinstalled the game.

Does it stop loading after hitting the Spawn button? Is it a online multiplayer world? Not sure what you mean by waves start again. Did you have a drone deployed?

Restart system, archive save and de archive and try again might help,  

 
Click continue or new game on bottom is manage saves, find the one with the issue, then click archive, it will move the save to the far right screen and it condenses the save size down, you then de archive  it reincreases the file size and is able to be loaded again.
