can you tell me where I can find a measuring cup? We tried traders, trader tasks and looting. Unfortunately without success.

The glass beaker?  It's mid stage game. I usually don't find them until day 5 of so. Pop N' Pills and Trader Jen can often have them

You get them as quest rewards occasionally.  Also the chem experiment lootables can have them,too.  The ones you find on counters in hospitals, Higashi, etc.

Its one of those things you usually have too many of, or can never find.  With how long it takes to get Chem Station unlocked now, you usually have a couple before you can craft it.

You are right. In the last game I couldn't find a glass for a long time. In the end I bought a chemistry lab. And literally 10 minutes into the game I found it, and in the trash.
