Game needs the ability to load old saves at the start of chosen day.

Pretty much sums everything up in the title but, if there was a way I could load a previous day it would be a great help with all the bugs and glitches I run into. My bike despawned on world loading in with a full inventory of all the stuff I was relocating to my new base. Including all my gas, duke's, parts, and pretty much all of my valuables that I can't just get back quickly. So yea this feature would be super appreciated because now I don't want to play at all but if I could just load the start of the day or the previous one I can get all my stuff back and not lose hours of progress.

Treat it like a robbery. I somehow lost everything I had in a network game, except for what was directly on me. It was quite interesting to recover.

Saves are already very large.  Trying to keep additional saves for that would be a bit much.

Are you positive the bike isn't still around?  What usually happens is that the save was messed up and the bike is back a few minutes from where you were.  Check the console (F1) for the most recent announcement of vehicle locations and if your bike is listed, go there to retrieve it.

Btw, if you know the game didn't close properly, do NOT load your save.  Instead, go into your save folder and remove the main save file and then rename the backup save so it is the name of the main save.  Only after doing that should you load your game.  This might take you back a few minutes, but it should be a good save.

Size isn't really an issue. The problem is that the logic of the game will change. If you can roll back at any moment, then you start playing differently.

I'm on console so I can't just go into the files for the game and plus I've already loaded my save after the game was closed improperly. The map shows no vehicles anywhere and I've ran around for a few mins waiting and dug around the spot.

Also I don't necessarily think it would change the way you play the game that much, it optional and they can add a "hardcore" or "single save only" type thing for people who want to have that extra challenge to not be able to load back and even if it's just the past 1 or 2 days that's not that many saves to keep.
