NVG bug

Every time I turn on the nvg I get these spots, I tried several things to get rid of this like swapping out the head gear, swapping out the mod I even tried a different game save and all ways this happens. I’m on Xbox series X. Pic in link

Question, when turning on the Night Vision Mod, is there supposed to be these black square spots all over the screen? I'm curious to know if this is how it's supposed to look or is this a graphical bug because the spots are always there and never go away. If anyone knows please I'd appreciate the feedback, it kinda looks like a graphical bug or something but I'm not sure since I've only started using them for the first time recently. Thanks!

It is a bug we're looking into. Although it does look somewhat proper like they're malfunctioning eh?

Ikr, it does kinda look like if the night vision goggles were malfunctioning lol. When I first seen it, I wasn't sure if that's how they're supposed to look or if it was a bug. Thanks for looking into things, I definitely appreciate everything you guys do.

Yea, I have the same problem only worse. The top left corner of the vision elipse is filled with a rectangular pixilated box that makes viewing impossible.

 
I found that the spots disappeared if brightness was turned up but then they were very bright.  65% seemed to be minimum brightness level to get rid of spots.

 
The night vision goggles mod is still broken on the Xbox version in 1.1 (b14). I watch streamer on Twitch play the PS version and it doesn't have this issue, will this ever be fixed???
