Land Claim Blocks should be reworked to be more friendly in PvE Co-op Groups

Currently only one Player can place a LCB and move stuff around in the base. If you play with friends in a PvE Setting this is the only purpose of this block and it ruins the gameplay if you cant move stuff around / and not place your own LCB because another Party Member did so.
I know that for PvP Settings it is important to manage how man LCB can be placed down etc, but i would argue that the biggest Playerbase is PvE (though i have no proof or nothing backing this).

Another Option would be having a Claim option for the LCB:

- Player A places down LCB in the Base

- Player B who is friends with A can interact with the LCB and request to claim it

- Player A can interact with the LCB to see a list of players who want to claim it and approve.

Now the LCB is owned by Player A and Co-owned by Player B.

There will be other creative ways to resolve this issue, but not having a fix for that annoyance when aiming for 1.0 release is, well... interesting.

new Players will get the Game try to play with friends and some wont even know you can move that stuff around.

EDIT: A better and Simpler Solution would be to give an option upon interacting with the LCB to allow Players who are marked as Friends to move stuff around etc.

I'd support a way for everyone in the party to move stuff in a land claim area.  But I'd just make it a simple process... the land claim owner holds E on the LCB and changes the land claim from Self to Party or back to Self.  No reason to have to approve people or keep track of who has access.  If you have someone in your party who can't be trusted, just change it to Self or don't play with someone who can't be trusted.

That would need a rework for the current Party System to work when Players are offline. That would be the simpler approach for the LCB Issue, but it would need a rework in the Party System.

Why?  If players are offline, there's no reason for them to have access anyhow.  There's no need for anything that relates to individual players anyhow.  A simple check when trying to move something --- "IF PLAYER IS IN PARTY, ALLOW."

EDIT: If you mean when the LCB owner is offline, then yes, that would be different.  But at that point, just have a third setting - All.  Then it lets anyone move things.  That covers it for how most people play the game.  If you're on a server with a bunch of different people and only want certain ones to have access, then a list might be needed, but you generally don't need to move things much, so even having it only work when the LCB owner is online isn't a horrible thing.  I just don't think there's a reason to add a whole approval system to the LCB.  You'll get all kinds of spam on servers that have many players using the map and especially PVP servers, hoping you accidentally approve them.

can just make it allies. And not party members. That way they will always be allies weather you are on or off and can move things around.
