PC Armor repair in v1.0?

I just started playing v1.0 exp, and I haven't been around in a while, so not sure of all the latest info.

Quick question: Can we still repair armor? I don't see an option to repair armor, even when I have repair kits and materials available. Or is this skill based now? Please help.

Yes, armor still repairs using a Repair Kit.  Sure you don't have any mods installed?

You can't repair armor that you are wearing.  Take it off and you will have the option to repair it.  It will automatically be worn again after the repair is finished.

You know this should be percentage based.  I.e. ×<than 50 sew  it up, like Rambo the needle might stick you.
