PC Compatability with consoles?

Now, no.  At release of console version, no.  Later, probably.

They have it so it works but due to the red tape of console licensing stuff, they have to get approval and how much approval they can get will determine what kind of crossplay is available.  It will likely end up that you can play on a server with one another and maybe you'll also be able to have one host and the other join, but it's all up in the air right now.
