Error in main menu, endless console

I am a user from Belarus and don’t know English well, so it’s difficult for me to describe the problem here, at the moment I’m stuck on the log output, that is, where to attach it, but I seemed to be able to. The problem is that I have an endless loading console and a broken menu, I don’t know how to solve it, I’ve already deleted and re-downloaded the game via Steam. Tried it in compatibility mode with windows 7.8

You just posted the filename in pastebin, which isn't any help.  And the image you posted only shows the errors after they've been going for a while.  We'd need to see what happened prior to those errors, which would be in the log.  Try reposting the log.  If it's too large, try opening the game and as soon as the errors start, close the game and then send that log, which should be short enough.  Or, post just the first half of the log as the rest is probably just repeating anyhow.

 
Well judging by the screenshot, it looks like a modded UI. Delete the 7daystodie folder in %appdata% and try again (note this deletes your saves, so if you want them then backup the Saves and Generated Worlds folders first).

 
You got mod load errors, not an error with base game itself.

Undead Legacy has not been updated for A21 and thus will not work with A21.

 
I get the same error without having any mod, my balls are full, sorry for the confusion.  

for more info when I create a character it gives me the error if I don't believe it it does too

There is a post at the top of this forum that explains how to post a log.  That is necessary to determine what the problem is.  It could be a corrupt profile but without a log, that's just a guess.

Just because you say it is the same thing didn't mean it is, or that the cause is the same.  It is very important to include a log.  And please post a link instead of pasting it into a thread like was done above.

See the following post in the sticky thread.  As it says in that post, this will delete your saves and worlds, so you should back them up first.
