Cant finish quest

Hello was doing a ques t and came across this annoying feature, had the yellow marker show to tell me last area to clear but went there and marker is 1.0M but nothing is there, scoured the POI again and still nothing... 2 hours wasted.. Tried KillALL in the area but it only seemed to kill zombies outside. Is there a command to intsa finish quests like this, Even though i exited the game and would have to do it again..

There isn't any way to finish a quest besides finishing it normally.  If you want the experience, you can use three creative menu to give yourself the experience item for the tier your quest was.

As far as the reason why this didn't work, did you break open a door to the area?  You need to use the buttons to open many doors in order to spawn the zombies.  If the buttons aren't working (a known bug), you can break the buttons and the door will open and the zombies will spawn correctly.

 
Yeah i definitely didnt follow the "set path" for this POI and broke some doors, first time doing this POI tier 5(Vanity Tower) so was exited and didnt follow the set path because i got lost sometimes and pushed back far by tough enemy waves other times. I had to re scour the poi for enemies and was happy to see the final zombie cache marker only for this to happen. =(

I would think that if the set path was that critical to the quest working maybe they should have unbreakables to prevent this but also wasn't aware of the bug. Wont be gifting myself a tier 5 item because i was kinda anticipating what my first tier 5 reward would be. Prob will giveselfxp 10k and move on.

 
you can give yourself a t5 quest completion token from creative menu, which will complete the quest for you and allow you to turn it into the trader as if you had actually killed that last enemy or enemies.

they added in the option to gift yourself quest completion tokens due to the bug this alpha.

Thanks for reply sounds awesome, do you know its exact name as have tried searching for it under "t5" "token" "quest" "trader" and not found this item

Go into the Creative Menu and click the Dev icon.  Then search for "dev" and you should see a set of tier completion tokens.  I forget the name but dev seems to find most of the dev stuff like those.

Is this a bug though? I've had this happen a bunch of times and what it took to complete it was to go to the right spot to trigger the zombie(s). 

Though it might be better for them to have the yellow dot show up where you need to go to trigger the zombies then for it to show where the zombies are going to spawn from.
