Unraid server mods do not work

Hi I have a server with the ich777 dockerset installed which works except for adding mods.
With the installation 4 mods come with it shows in the web interface also but if I put for example AGF_A21HUDPlus1.9.1 or AGF_A21Backpack84Plus1.2.4 with in the mod folder, nothing happens.
EAC is off.

Just set up a server at g-portal for testing, the mods work there.

I don't understand what is preventing the mods from being loaded in the docker.

 
But I have neither the big inventory nor the other HUD
and in the web list the 2 mods do not appear either
