Pink outlines on ALL POIs

I'm getting pinkish purple outlines on all the POIs, they are all pinkish purple until i get close to them, then it goes away.. 
 Would love it if someone could tell me how to remove the POI outlines

Vulkan is not fully supported.

Otherwise, read the Pinned threads before you post again. Always read the Pinned threads before starting a topic.

i'm asking for assistance in turning this off.. not reporting a bug.

In case it is related... I have never seen that but I have seen a bright green color in a line down the center of the new forest bush ground cover (the ones that are randomly placed and are bigger than the normal grasses) when at a distance in the dark and it goes away when I get close.  This is without Vulkan and using an AMD GPU.

Ryzen 5 2400G, Radeon RX580, 32GB RAM, Samsung Evo 870 SSD, Windows 10

I haven't tried adjusting settings to fix the issue because unlike what is shown above, it is barely noticeable and I'm perfectly willing to leave it that way rather than reduce graphics to try and get rid of it.

Anyhow, just adding this info in case it's the same kind of thing and maybe helps point to the cause of the problem.  I'll include my log just for comparison.

Again, if you're on Vulkan, it isn't fully supported. A teeny bit of research would show you this is one of the common effects.

If that is not the case, then we need more information. Hence me providing a link to the Pinned thread that you should have read before starting this discussion in the first place.

The game switched folders on me again.  It was supposed to be using an A21 folder.  I'll have to change it again.  I didn't notice it was trying to use those.  I don't think they are the cause as these are really just custom POI with a couple changes to how they spawn but it is possible.

EDIT: Actually, that was the wrong log.  I had switched the folder and then grabbed the log from the old folder.  The correct log is: https://pastebin.com/bVYkWJ2H  .  Sorry for the mistake.  Not used to having 2 versions of the game.
