PC Playstation servers not working

I've been playing with a friend of mine for a long time and recently we can't connect online in game. We've tried different ways, and whoever is joining the other server always freezes

We would need logfiles, please read the information provided in the pinned threads in this forum section. Have you tried starting a new game?

I'm not sure how relevant this is, but I seen on an achievement website awhile back that the online services for the console version were shutting down on September 30th 2022. With that being said, I can't 100% confirm if that's the case and if it's only for the Xbox version, then again Idk so take this with a grain of salt.
