tutorial for using new poi tile and part system?

Id like to create tiles as well as update my old pois so that they fit in the a tile. Is there a tutorial somewhere for this? I havent been able to find one yet although i probably didnt look long enough

 
When you get there, go to the #a20-prefab-rules channel, and look for a post with the attachment named "RWG_POI_and_Tile_Guide.pdf". It's a very good reference. It was supposedly produced by TFP themselves, but I don't know where else to get it.
