i cannot update from 20.2 to 20.3 donno why?

I try to update from 20.2 to  20.3 use steam command and I try
app_update 294420 
it said 
Success! app 294420 allready up to date
and I try
app_update 294420 -beta alpha20.3 
and it still said
Success! app 294420 allready up to date
and I try 
app_update 294420 -beta latest_experimental
and it still be
Success! app 294420 allready up to date
and i try to get in game by 20.3 b3 
it said
Game version mismatch:youhave 'Alpha 20.3' and server has 'Alpha20.2'
I try today and in didn't work at all 
what I need to check for it more????

 
Try:

cd C:\SteamCMD

steamcmd.exe

force_install_dir C:\SteamCMD\7_days_to_die_server

Login anonymous

App_update 294420 -validate -beta alpha20.3

Change directory if yours is different

I will try this  mainly is
App_update 294420 -validate -beta alpha20.3
thank you for that I do not have any C:: coz i use debian to make server anyway :)

 
Please post the whole dialog of you doing the update here. Copy the text verbatim, not like above. We can't help you without detailed information.

Even better, check out the Steam directory, there should be a subdir called "logs". You should look at "content_log.txt", it seems to be the one with relevant information about the update process. If in doubt put that file into pastebin and post a link to it in here.

let me do it first it just unable to update. and I just came back today to continue update it again
