I am running more than a decent system with twin SSD's and I have noticed as I play the game the lag is getting worse. So much that I very nearly didn't have time to apply bandage so that I would not bleed out. At the time I was fighting the demon zeds and my trigger finger was getting a lot of use.
Also, still with lag. At the begining of the game there is very little or no lag/pause when I talk to a trader. After a few hours playing it is a few seconds wait/lag.
