Hello everybody! 
I only have one problem that I started a game and one trader doesn’t want to give me a higher tier quest.
I realized that they needed to be developed separately. Jane, Joel, and Rekt work, but for some reason Hugh doesn't want to give a tier 2 quest. My question would be that maybe only 3 types of traders are allowed to develop the game, or is it a bug?
