Weird problem with server on a different PC (server not visible)

So I moved the server to a different PC at a different location. I set up all port forwarding and all files correctly. The server can only be seen locally.

Steam TCP 27014-27050
Steam UDP 27000-27030

7 days to die TCP 26900
7 days to die UDP 26901-26903

7 days to die TCP 25000-25003
7 days to die TCP 30000-30003

7 days to die UDP 25000-25003
7 days to die UDP 30000-30003

This are the ports I have been forwarding and are correctly pointing to the servers local ip (192.168.0.199). There is no startup errors or anything. I use Teamviewer to access the PC from this one.

Port forwarding done : CHECK

Allow 7daystodieserver.exe in firewall: CHECK

Moved all files from AppData\Roaming/7DaysToDie/ when I moved the server: CHECK

From here everything seems right, but the server cannot be seen other than locally. I have used this PC before and it worked perfectly. But now it is in another location. So I guess it is either the router or something else blocking the ports. But the ports should be open.

I am no expert on port forwarding for hosting a server but shouldn't you be using your external IP address?? You are forwarding your internal IP address. Correct me if I'm wrong. Also, even though you are showing the ports forwarded it's always good to use a port checker to be sure the ports are actually being forwarded.

Thanks for your input. No, it is the local IP that should be portforwarded. I have checked with a port checker now and they say open, but I dont really trust those port checkers lol. xD

What does your new port mapping look like?
I have only opened for 26900 TCP and 26900-26903 UDP.

The server uses the 26900 port and that port is closed even when the server is running. So something is indeed blocking that port. Maybe I will try a different one.

Edit: I think I know the answer. It may be the ISP or that the router is beginning to die. It is prob over 10 years old or so lol. I have ordered a new one, but gonna be a while until I am going to my apartment again. This truly sucks....but that's the reality. xD

As an aside, I have Spectrum Business at my office and use their modem/router. They won’t give you access to router settings. Setting up my security system and cameras on the network, I have to call support to have them forward the ports that I need…such a pain. At home I have Spectrum as well but I have my own modem/router so don’t have the same issue.

What a pain. Which ISP is it? (so we can avoid them)
It is a swedish ISP called Bredbandsbolaget. I have changed now to a different that should work better. Sorry for late answer lol.

Yea, it is annoying for sure. I wanna have some control atleast.

Even later response, but looks to be a similar problem.

What was the official answer from Bredbandsbolaget? I mean , what ports are they blocking?
