I love it too. This is basicially the actual T3 weapon.
4 shots?
Who cares about measly 20 more damage?
Sure lategame it won't be enough to oneshot radiated cops... but for everything else, 4 shots are just sooo much nicer than a single shot.

I managed to get my hands on Tier 4 that does 80 dmg and carries 6.   its pure love, baby.

And the report it makes .. gets me all cowboy and @%$#

That rifle has some lethality to it!  Very cost effective on 7.62's.

I slapped the "long barrel" and scope mods on mine (I guess that's pretty normal if you got them).

In a flat open area, nothing gets close to you unless you want them to.

I didn't even know this was in the game--suddenly got a level 5 as a quest reward. Love it. Only thing missing is the lever animation between rounds - plz, Pimps?

Agree 100% regarding the animation. I was very surprised that we never see the lever in first person. Seems like a missed opportunity for a cool move. Would be a lot better than the ridiculous spinning of the cylinder on revolvers. They could have just made it a semi-auto if they weren't going to show the defining feature. Whatever. Maybe will get updated?
