PC Possible Bug Electricity Pressure Plate and Dart Trap

I have a a battery bank hooked up to a pressure plate and a dart trap. After the plate is activated a few times my game will crash. Are any other players experiencing issues with the pressure plates or dart traps crashing the game?

We are getting ready to focus on electricity, as a matter of fact, I just finished the dart traps, so we'll be watching for this and will post results. 

Is this a solo play, or MP server that you are on?

Okay, we are on a dedi server hosted by my friend, and we just did a day 40 horde, (10 day blood moon), 120 min day, 18 light cycle, so night is 6 hours, and we used the dart traps with pressure plates, and had no crashes.
