PC A19: Same loot table in all map types?

So we played a random 8k map and had the impression that we got T2/T3 loot much faster than in Navezgane or one of the pregen worlds.

Is this true? Or just lucky RNG?

Should we play Navezgane only to properly slow down loot progression? (don't want to find a M60 in the first loot container...)

Next random try:

- Loot seems ok but trader's inv is MUCH too high!
- Buyable Iron knuckles, military gear, pumpgun...

Well m60 in logical container like military containter is something good - immersive . So i thing POI are more "important" that gamestage. In military base you can find miliatary stuff in ghost town shotgun etc

It's random.  Loot tables are based on game stage which is independent of maps.  TFP are working on introducing biome difficulty adjustments (Snow and Wasteland) where you can find better loot as a reward for higher risk, but that would apply to any map you are playing.  All of this of course only applies to vanilla.

It shoulde be extended on military /police POI too

In order to do that, you need to create special containers with unique loot tables then as the current system uses common containers that access the common loot tables.  That can be done by modding the game, but I haven't seen any comments from TFP that they are planning on making POI's have unique loot tables before release.

Well we have it now :  supply crate - just put more of them into Military/Police Poi but  "metal" variants

So metal variant will have just high chance to drop something from  : LootGroup - booksRareOnlyScaled  , weaponsRangedScaled  groups

The traders have been adjusted for A20 to be better balanced with the gamestage progression. In A19 you will often see much better stuff for sale than you can find yourself.

That's good to be honest. Trader was always 2-4 stages ahead of gamestage.

@Roland Madmole mentioned at one point that traders will have a slightly more advanced loot table (gamestage/progression wise) than loot you can find out in the wild at all times. If you're allowed to give out this information, would I be correct in logically thinking that a trader in a more difficult biome would have better stock on average than a trader in the forest due to the gamestaged biomes coming into effect?
