PC does flurry of blows work with the baseball bat?

I have googled this and done some searching and have been unable to find a definitive answer. My preferred club is the baseball bat, I just ignored clubs until bats were introduced.  It may not because a baseball bat is a two handed weapon.

Yes. You can inspect items.xml to see which perks affect which weapons or tools.
