I own an 5700XT, play ultra in 1080p and i have flickering specially in plants and shiny metals.

Seems you've got shadows flickering while you move.

5700xt here. I've only played stable so far, and I saw the white dots a few weeks ago, but not recently. I will keep it in mind, though. I've also had the problem with the gpu suddenly going from 50-80% usage up to constant 99%, which causes overheating. I have been able to fix this, so far, by restarting my pc.

Sometimes is when i move but sometimes when i just stand looking at the landscape i can see the same type of flickering in the trees or buildings
