Need help with the 2 pack URGENT

I bought the 2 pack on steam via the sale, so i gifted my friend the game. He refunded it so I can gift it to someone else but now I cant find the second copy in my inventory nor did I get my money back. I feel like I got ripped off because if that was the case I wouldve just bought the normal game not the 2 pack. Can anyone help

Very likely you have to contact steam support, not the support of the game.

It is like you bought a TV in a shop, find out you payed more than the receipt is showing and then contact the manufacturer of the TV instead of the shop.

Thats what Im tryna do but this is v frustrating

Maybe the refund just put your money into your wallet, by the way. Click on your steam id on the top right, then click "View my wallet".  The current wallet balance is listed there.

There you can also click on "see my account details" and on the next page "View licences and product key activations" or "View purchase history". One of those pages likely allows you to see what happened after the refund your friend made. If you klick on the purchase in your purchase history you can also ask a question with "I have a question with this purchase"

Also ask your friend what his wallet balance is. Maybe he got the refund money.

If all this doesn't help, you will find steam support this way:

In Steam click on "Help" (right at the top of the steam window) and then "Steam Support". Select "Purchases" and then "I need help with a steam gift card or wallet code".
