Just out of curiosity how do you cheese a quest?I refuse to cheese the quests so that effects how long it takes me.
I've been playing for couple of real life days now and I still haven't reached Tier 2. How do you even rush through the list that high so fast?I've never taken the time to work up to Tier 5 quests. I keep hearing about how crazy long they are, maybe this weekend I'll have to try to unlock them to see for myself.
Earlier tier quests you can usually do a couple a day. When I play, I pretty much do non stop quests unless I'm mining or building. Doesn't take too long to get up to tier 5.I've been playing for couple of real life days now and I still haven't reached Tier 2. How do you even rush through the list that high so fast?
I guess I should mention I think I'm already up to Tier 4 on that particular map. The group I play with doesn't do a lot of questing but we did make it that far before returning to smashing cars with ratchets.I've been playing for couple of real life days now and I still haven't reached Tier 2. It's 10 quests to a new tier. By the time I finish the first 7 quests, I'm usually too tired to go on and have to get some rest.Earlier tier quests you can usually do a couple a day. I think they mean clearing out the building before hitting the quest marker. Then when the building is empty, hit the quest marker and everything will reset. So double experience and double loot.Just out of curiosity how do you cheese a quest?
Maybe.... I took their comment to mean it takes them a long time to do the quests because they don't cheese.... but I might've read it wrong.I think they mean clearing out the building before hitting the quest marker. Actually, after reading the posts again, I think I'm the one who read it wrong.Maybe.... I took their comment to mean it takes them a long time to do the quests because they don't cheese.... but I might've read it wrong.
My guess would be "cheesing" by going only for fetch quests and rushing to the satchel and leave, ignoring everything else.Just out of curiosity how do you cheese a quest?
actually .. dishong takes too long and its not worth the timeThey take too long. You have too many targets that you need to clear on too many levels and the radar you have only gives you a general idea of where they're at.
If you're too far away your radar doesn't work at all.
yep rewards dotn scale too well ... maybe if they add better progresion to quests .... low quality primitive stuff or consumable for t1 and endgame stuff forr t5 then maybeI find the tier 5 quests aren't really worth doing. They take too long for such a small reward. I can knock out multiple tier 4 quests in the time it takes to do one tier 5, I refuse to cheese the quests so that effects how long it takes me.
1) run to dishongJust out of curiosity how do you cheese a quest?
I kind of figured thats what they meant. However, there are no tier 4 or 5 fetch quests.... only clear and fetch+clear. My guess would be "cheesing" by going only for fetch quests and rushing to the satchel and leave, ignoring everything else.
personally i would call cheesing any fetch withou full clear same as any nerdpoling to loot /entering by backdoor exit right into lot room
fetch in a fetch quest would be fine ... if you didnt have magical gps that show you corect place even outside poiI kind of figured thats what they meant. However, there are no tier 4 or 5 fetch quests.... only clear and fetch+clear.
So doing the fetch of a fetch quest is cheezing? I respectfully disagree.... if the quest is only to fetch an item... and you fetch that item, I'd call that "doing the quest"
definitely did fetch only in dishong .. and xml proves itBut like I said earlier, there is no fetch only quest for tier 4 or 5.
You're looking in the wrong place. The quests exist, but they're not offered.fetch in a fetch quest would be fine ... if you didnt have magical gps that show you corect place even outside poi
allowing you to get in and out avoiding 90% work
sure it would be fine if you blindly searched poin and get tracker once you get within 10 meters of package i know you have to be against everything people say or think .... but even you must admit that completing tier 5 endgame quest within 30-60 sec and ofte killing no zombie at all is cheesy

Just picking fetch quests, nerd poling up to a spot close to the satchel, digging thru the wall to grab it, then grabbing the end loot the same way before bolting.Just out of curiosity how do you cheese a quest?
I'm a quest fiend, and I can somewhat agree with them being a bit grindy. I personally only take them just after a hoard night so I have plenty of recovery time for materials.I find the tier 5 quests aren't really worth doing. They take too long for such a small reward.
