PC Cobblestone vs concrete

Hey guys so i played yesterday and decided to upgrade cobblestone into concrete however i noticed that the hitpoints for the concrete is only 1250 and cobblestone is 1500 what is wrong?

Cobblestone is irc 500 not 1500...
Or do you use mods or maybe increased block durability?

 
You also have reinforced concrete.

Cobblestone > wet concrete > dry concrete > reinforced concrete

Rebar frame > wet concrete > reinforced concrete

Then you can upgrade from r con to steel.

 
Also the scrap steel forms will upgrade through scrap -> reinforced scrap -> wet concrete > dry concrete > reinforced concrete. I never really use them, probably because by the time I have enough iron to use upgrading scrap items I've also got a forge and might as well do rebar.
