Vehicle madness

I downloaded the newest version of vehicle madness for alpha 19. And as usual I just dropped in the mods folder. Thing is I can't get it register in game. No recipes, spawns or anything. Maybe I'm missing something is why I'm asking. I have no other vehicle mods in the folder just vehicle madness. Any direction or help would be appreciated

Hi

Did you start a new game or continue in an advanced one?
There is to start a new one by changing the blocks that the mod does.

 
Could hit F1 while loading in just to verify the mod is getting loaded.

It has a lot of recipes with "car" and "assembly" in the name. Search for those to see if they are showing up or not.
