I got it. Ok, so it took a little bit to figure out but it's working. I had to remove everything including mods that weren't A19+ and update all mods that are A19+. The issue was mods, even though on the log it's shows they loaded just fine. Not really sure what that's about but it fixed my issue. I still get alpha errors but thats far in between and I'm sure FP will have that sorted out before to long.
To the next person this happens to(Alpha 19 for PC):
1) Go to Steam - Library - Click 7DTD - Click "Play" (A window will pop up asking if you want to play or Show Game Launcher) - Click "Show Game Launcher".
2) Using the Launcher, click "Tools" then click "Clean Game Data" then confirm all data then click "Ok" and wait for it to finish and close the Launcher.
3) Back on Steam, right on 7DTD on the left hand side of the screen then hover down to "Manage" then click "Browse Local Files".
4) Once that window appears, you'll need to click on "Common" next to 7DTD above all the folders. Should have some arrow icons to the left of that bar. After clicking "Common" you should now see your steam games. Right click "7 Days to die" then click delete, then confirm. With that window still open, click "view" at the top left corner of your screen. After clicking view you'll notice a check box labeled "Hidden Items", click that box to show all hidden items and close the window.
5) Next you need to go to your "appdata" and to do so you'll need to open the according drive which mine is under my C drive. Yours might be on a different drive than mine but you are looking for "Users" folder. Click "Users" then click your account and you should see "appdata" some where in that list.
6) After clicking "appdata" you'll see three folders labeled "Local, LocalLow and Roaming". Click "Local Low" first. Once that opens, right click "The Fun Pimps" and delete it. Once you do so, go back to "appdata"
7) Back at "appdata", click "Roaming", you should see "7DaysToDie" folder, right click that and delete it. Once its delete, you can close the window and go back to Steam.
8 Back on Steam, right click "7DTD" and hover down to manage and click "Uninstall". Let it finish, then re-install.
If you plan on using mods, make sure they have been updated after July 1st for alpha 19.
Thanks for everyone's help
