How to reset the cars or specific POI's?

I'm running a dedicated server with no mods.  Its a small server 4km x 4km and after a few weeks of playing, our community has harvested 90% of all the vehicles.  Is there a way to either reset the broken cars around the world, or just reset the parking garage POI's?

Use BCM or CPM API mods to reset POI's or even entire regions.

On our groups servers we run POI resets every couple of weeks, and reset all unclaimed regions.  I also use a mod that respawns cars.

Check the Modding section, and there are a couple. HighHope's is pretty good. Mine is something I put together.
