Missing file Privileges?

When i was playing the game I closed it so i could invite a friend back, it logged me out of steam and said i had to reinstall. When i tried a error pops up that says "An error occured while installing 7 days to Die (missing file privileges)

FAQ thread has a lot of information, particularly about excluding the client from security software that can cause exactly that type of issue. Or there's the one that tells you to read it before posting so we get detailed information to help you troubleshoot.
