@Jost Amman &
@Kosmic Kerman, you both make valid points about the dev streams, imo of course.
Even though I know streams are generally fairly casual things; chatting on various topics, interacting with the randomness that the viewers post, etc.
I had to remind myself that they're not really "interviews" like we might see on a news program, or the results of one that we read in the paper.
I noticed that when they decided to start answering questions near the end of the stream, MM appeared like he was kind of expecting a complied list of questions. He even mentioned looking at the dev stream thread here in the forums for posted questions.
Which made me think of how he used to handle Q&A about upcoming Alphas. The forum thread that someone would parse through and complie a list of questions, then MM would make a vid of him reading and answering a lot of them.
Maybe adding a bit of that kind of thing into the streams could be useful?
Start off the stream w brief general intros, maybe a few minutes of teaser play/pics/what-not, then hit the first group of questions that were posted in the thread. Then go casual, let Prime & the devs have some fun & show stuff we may not have a clue about. Be 'streamy' I guess

Then to close out the stream address the remaining thread questions or have an open Q&A.
