PC I need someone to reliably explain Horde Night, and how it works VS how it should work

Mine says: GamePref.MaxSpawnedZombies = 64
Single-player game, not a dedicated server? Sorry, I didn't specify before - it's single-player games that (possibly) seem to default to 60. Dedicated defaults to 64. If yours is single-player then >mind blown<.

Single player, no mods (haven't set up for them), A18.4 b4

I cannot explain why some of us see 64 and some of us see 60. I do run SMX UI mod and a couple of small modlets of my own creation, but they have nothing to do with zombie spawn limits. I'm going to have to dive deeper to figure out what is going on. 64 makes more sense as a default - why would it be different for SP vs Dedicated? It wouldn't. And yet here we are...

Edit to add: I just installed Steam + 7D2D brand new on a different machine (through Remote Desktop - that was fun) and the default in the registry (couldn't check in game because Remote Desktop don't like games) was 64. Curiouser and curiouser.

apex night of 49, after wich itll reset to the difficulty of 7 and ramp up again IF i understood the wiki right
That s no longer true. It's all based on gamestage now. There is no 49 day counter. I think that last time that was valid was A15? Or was it A16 still? Either way, it's gone now.

Sorry for the late reply, Oh i thought itd would ramp up and then down and then up again. Once again got this from the wiki, as thaat is where i got my info from. Last alpha i played was 16. where it did reset every 49 days as far as i remember.
