Zombies vs 1x1 Holes

Would it be possible to add the "zombies fit through 1x1 holes in walls" as an option in the game settings?
So we could chose if zombies fit through 1x1 holes or just throug 1x2 like the player does.

Or is that not possible due to the spawners in 1x1 holes in POIs?

Just let players fit through 1x1 holes too!

Zombies must crawl (like crawling zombs) through 1x1 spaces if they are not part of 1x1 spawn point! Fat zombies must be removed from 1x1 spawns! Also player character should do the same! But anyway agree with jeffrezyah - its should be an option
