Zombies not moving

My apologies if this has been addressed but I can't seem to find a solution for it. I have installed Improved Hordes and now none of the zombies in POI's are moving. I get the sound cue that they know I'm there but they just stand still. I have booted the game with EAC disabled and made sure it is properly unzipped into the Mod folder. I don't believe I have any other mods that are zombie mods but I will list them below. I'm not sure what I'm missing as I'm not the most computer saavy around. Any help is appreciated!

I had this issue when I tried using it with 1.2 exp. In 1.1, with the selection of mods I have installed, it seems to work as expected. 

Are you using experimental or 1.1 Stable?

Where would I find this? I'm not sure if I have this.

I am using 1.2 now maybe I'll switch to 1.1 and see if it works

Then that be why your zombies aren't moving.

Run a full verify game files and it should return it.

Becareful it will delete your map in generated worlds   your player saves  and control settings

verify files wont affect user data like generated worlds, player saves or mods installed

The harmony mod is part of the base game. It should install if you do a verify and not there. (I deleted mine and tried and it reinstalled it)
