I don't know that I'd call them jumping off the building parkour.

I think more zombies need a better jump. The spider has like max parkour in regard to distance. Maybe the skater could have +1 to their jump. This is pretty simple and that 1 change would make hordes a lot more dynamic. 

The wolf should have a +1 jump
