PC Zombies in the wilderness jumping repeatedly for no reason?

Another weird thing I've noticed while riding my bicycle or minibike around is zombies just standing out in the wilderness jumping repeatedly for no apparent reason. (Once they see me they path towards me just fine.)

It's actually pretty funny to watch. Anyone else notice this?

For zombie, there is always a time for spntaneous excercise. No wait.... its crossfitters.

Now, seriously, they just try to jump on/over small rocks/bird nests.

This is a quirk that I actually hope doesn't get removed.

I hope it doesn't get removed either. It is entertaining to watch sometimes.

Earlier today I was having a drink and taking a little break from beating up a rock when I noticed a zed jumping up and down a ways off. I finished my rock and went over to ask him if he was okay. He wasn't very friendly about being interrupted. Some folks just aren't very sociable.

The zombies spinning in circles glitch evolved to jumping in circles glitch.

Well the spinning in circles thing was especially bad because they would start doing that when attacking. As long as they don't start jumping like that when in aggro, it's all good.

Can confirm this glitch is happening in my game as well every once in a while.

Leave them alone already... they are just training. They have hopes and dreams to achieve Legendary Boss status in A18.

I forgot to mention that I too hope it doesn't get fixed, even though it seems like a glitch. When I spy this behavior, I feel like I'm getting a glimpse into the secret life of zombies!
