Zombies falling through map?

Anyone else have an occurrence where when striking a zombie on the ground it falls through the world? Can still hear the zombie as they track me but nowhere to be found visually.

I had a "clear POI" quest and one zombie fell inside the concrete floor. I had pretty hard time killing it to complete the quest.

i had that in the POI with the graveyard in the basement the lab zombie was trying to get up the stairs to me and ended up under the floor had to break a block to get them out.

Also had one fall off my horde base stumble and fall through the ground and out of the world

at the end of every horde night i find at least 1 or 2 zombies stuck underneath a concrete ramp or floor or other weird spot on my base.

Yes, I also had a zombie glitch under my base and started digging around. I also have a 2 story 5x5 base. I was on the top floor during a horde. After I heard a bunch of spiders. I opened the hatch to my first floor and found 5-6 spider zombies that had glitched through the steel wall into the base. There was a hatch and door and  both were closed. I'm assuming that the spiders would leap at me on the second floor and then they would fall  as they hit my half wall. But then somehow glitch through the 1st floor wall.
