Zombies disappeared from my game for good and I can't get them back (FIXED)

The zombies are gone. I've tried reinstalling, I deleted everything, all mods are gone.  I've tried toggling the enemy spawning option on and off a bunch of times.  No luck.  I tried installing the game on a different hard drive.  Nope.

I can spawn zombies into the game.  

There are animals spawning into the game.  Just no zombies. 

Any ideas?  

EDIT:  Tried deleting the game data in the 7 Days launcher and it seems to have fixed it.  Feel free to delete this post

Why should anyone delete this post? You had a problem and told everyone how to fix it. Great post if people have the same problem and search for a solution
