Zombie spawning

Hi i have started my on singleplayer game and noticed even with Spawning Enabled, There is no zombie spawning at all. Please help i hate playing the game with no zombies spawning

Hi Sorry didn't see any instruction to follow, Also you mentioned about detail, i have no idea how much details there needs to be for Spawning not spawning even with Enemy spawns enabled
