I'm in search of a mod that changes the annoying constant screeching to something more classic like groaning, grunting ect... and/or adds depth/distance to sounds, so they aren't always loud af within a km of your location. The continuous loud screeching is not scary ...it's incredibly repetitive, detracts from ambiance, really really annoying and ruins an otherwise really decent game, imo.
