PC Zed POI quest spawning issues

  I've over 3,000 hrs and have enjoyed this game throughout the years.  I do keep coming back each time there's an update an immerse myself.  I absolutely love playing on the modded servers as it brings even more RPG elements to it.  However, I always stop at around the same place, reaching Tier 4/5 POI quests.  
  The zed spawn limit becomes very evident when playing on high populated servers combined with doing a bigger POI that has high number of zeds.  If you have a teammate(s), there needs to be someone around the perimeter killing non-POI zeds in hopes of alleviating the problem.  I know that most people just skip and go directly to the end loot and cross street to next POIs.  This is a fact which is why this has been happening for over 5 years and is still happening.

Please have POI zed spawns separate from global and make them de-spawn within one minute or something.

You might want to be more specific about what the issue is.  Having zombies converging on your location isn't a bad thing.  Having them despawn wouldn't be good.  Besides, they want screamers to be a problem if you're making a lot of noise, so they aren't going to make them despawn automatically.

 
You know how if you follow the design of layout as intended, the path is linear and so you should be facing the spawns in order, IE: spawn #1 at entrance, spawn #2 at hallway, spawn #3, and so on...

So right off the bat spawn #1 didn't happen and neither did #2.  You proceed to #3 and luckily it does spawn.  So now you go back to #1 area and wait.
If you chose to just continue onward and got to the end loot.  You may have defeated 10/20 spawns.  Now you have no idea which ones you "missed".  So that's the gist of it, imagine doing Hitachi Tower where there's probably close to 100 spawn locations across however many floors.  It makes "Clear All" quests practically impossible.

Again, this is multiplayer servers and likely won't happen on low pop servers.  I used to think it was specific only to some modified servers but I've tried practically all the top 100 7daystodie-servers.com and they all have the same issue.

How many people on the server at one time?  The game supports only 1-8 players.  If you're on a server with more than that, you're going to run into a variety of problems.  The devs have said they don't support more than 8 players.

That said, they could make max-alive easily changed for servers (if it isn't already), though servers that increase it will likely have a lot more lag.
