This modlet slow down ferals and animals.

Made it for my gf, she´s enjoying the game without heartattack now )

All the zombie speeds are configurable in the options now so i don't think this modlet is needed anymore, just set everything as you like.

It is the animals speed not the zombie. Of course I mean dogs bears ect.

I will look tommorow into it and make it compatible with a17 240 stable release

// for now they are floating with even slight decrease of speed, i ´ll try to alter animation to match as well if possible, otherwise i will release at least this floating version for now.
