PC Your first auger and AK ?

I am curious (and to be honest can need this knowledge to balance my mod)

When did you get your first decent auger or AK in your (more or less ) current game ?

I start

(Modded game influence so far that trader restock all 2 days instead of 3)

I found my first auger (level 2) in the second week in a hardware store. It was slow and had only one mod slot.

But last weekend, on day 50, I bought a level 6 auger at the trader and loaded it up with mods. Now it's as fast as A16 and finally I can get to work.

I don't think I found an AK in the game at all. But I built myself an AK when that was possible for me.

 
haven't, day 18 on one play through. Day 16 on the other.

Totally guessing here... But probably... 40-60 cars looted. 15-20 tool crates looted

 
Well i had both extremes

Really no exxageration a Q5 auger in my first car.

And next game no auger before i could build my own Q6 Auger (Other game with bad luck a trader offered a Q5 auger at level 95, and no i didnt buyed it)

A bit hoaxed i feeled when i had in a game with 1D trader resets a q5 auger in the first trader on day1. I mean sure 35 000 Coins you can surely make on day one in 4 hours :upset:

But enough from me, rng is in a Hatelove relationsship to me ^^

Q6 Auger day 10 looting (recorded evidence from stream).

AK, I had a Q2 from an air drop prior to day 7 I believe.

 
i tend to scrap my early AKs, but occasionally get them crazy early....like day 1-4 early from a tier 1 quest or treasure.

My "keeper" AK is usually between day 14-21....when i can finally craft a tier 6 one....because except for an early pistol and shotgun, i don't keep low quality guns, since imo, the mods make them.

For auger, its ALL OVER. i've gotten a level 3 auger on day 3 or 4 from a tier 2 quest, and i've had games go to day 35 without seeing one.

 
No air drops, normal looting... 3 points in bartering.

Day.... 49? now and still no auger, but I have looted 1 chainsaw and bought 1 from the trader at day 6(I got lucky).

AK-47 I got a level 6 from a Shotgun Messiah at around day 25 or so, very lucky there lol. Though I did have to spend about 45 minutes killing the rad-army inside the damn place.. walked out with a nice AK.
