Yesterday I was tempted to use the ladder to climb to the top of a gas station to see what was up there.

It looked just like the one we use all the time. There was even a dumpster at the bottom.

But I don't usually bring my guns with me to the gym and wasn't prepared to deal with the zombies on the roof.

I always peek atop a ladder, or down to see if there is trigger point. I will even pop and ran up/down and wait a few.

bring a bale of hay with you and plop it down for a quick escape, just make sure its not touching the ladder or you'll break a leg. Not sure if that bug ever got fixed. I used to put a bale at the bottom of my bedrock bases for a fast descent and noticed if there was no space between the ladder and the bale I would get injured.
